Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Cylindrical roller and raceway are the line contact bearings with great load capacity, mainly bear radial load. There is small friction between rolling element and the shoulder of rings, so it is suitable for high speed rotation. According to whether the rings has rib or not, it can be divided into NU、NJ、NUP、N、NF single row bearings etc. And NNU, NN double-row bearings etc. The bearing structure is that the inner ring and outer ring can be separated. For the cylindrical roller bearings with inner ring or outer ring without rib, its inner ring and outer ring can do relative movement in axial direction, so it can be used as free end bearing. For the cylindrical roller bearings which on one side of inner ring and outer ring with double ribs, on the other side of ring with single rib, it can be withstand certain degree and one direction axial load. The bearings generally use steel stamping cage or copper alloy cage, but some of use polyamide shaped cage.

圆柱滚子轴承

圆柱滚子与滚道为线接触轴承，负荷能力大，主要承受径向负荷。滚动 体与套圈挡边摩擦小，适于高速旋转。根据套圈有无挡边，可以分有 NU、NJ、NUP、N、NF 等单列轴承，及 NNU、NN 等双列轴承。该轴 承是内圈、外圈可分离的结构。内圈或外圈无挡边的圆柱滚子轴承，其 内圈和外圈可以向轴向作相对移动，所以可以作为自由端轴承使用。在 内圈和外圈的某一侧有双挡边，另一侧的套圈有单个挡边的圆柱滚子轴 承，可以承受一定程度的一个方向轴向负荷。一般使用钢板冲压保持架， 或铜合金车制保持架。但也有一部分使用聚酰胺成形保持架。
